TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

The following Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of products on our web site. The products purchased on www.dilekhanif.com are directly sold by Dilek Hanif Konfeksiyon ve Ticaret Ltd Şti, with registered office in Maçka Caddesi Ralli Apt No:37/2 Teşvikiye Istanbul (hereinafter referred to as "Dilek Hanif" or "We" or "Us"). Please note that the terms and conditions shall apply when you place an order through Dilek Hanif online shop. If you are unable to understand, or have any questions about these Terms please contact Dilek Hanif. You will be required to confirm that you have read and accept these Terms before you submit an order to Dilek Hanif.

1. ORDER
1.1. An order shall be deemed to have been submitted when Dilek Hanif receives your order form electronically and the order's information has been verified as correct. Orders are subject to Dilek Hanif’s acceptance and may be refused at Dilek Hanif’s discretion, for example in cases of lack of information you have provided, non-availability of the products or an error related to the price or description of the products.
1.2. After your order form has been submitted, Dilek Hanif will process your order.
1.3. By submitting an order form to and making a contract with Dilek Hanif, you unconditionally accept the provisions of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
1.4. If you have any questions, comments or concerns regarding Dilek Hanif’s order acceptance policy, or if you consider that your order was rejected in error, please contact Dilek Hanif.

2. PRICES
2.1. All prices are in Turkish Liras (TL). Prices may change without notice from time to time. The total amount due is inclusive of sales tax applied in accordance with applicable state and local regulations based on your shipping address. The applicable sales tax amount is indicated on the payment page.
2.2. Your order may then be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches its destination. Please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount. You will be responsible for paying any such local sales tax or import duties arising at the delivery destination, as these are not included in the price of the products.

3. GUARANTEES
3.1. On shop.dilekhanif.com, we only offer products marked with Dilek Hanif trademark.
3.2. Dilek Hanif does not sell second-hand products, flawed products or products of lower quality than the corresponding market standards.
3.3. The main characteristics of products are shown on dilekhanif.com on each product page. The products offered for sale on dilekhanif.com may not exactly correspond to the real products in terms of image and colors due to the Internet browser or monitor used.
3.4. Prices are subject to change. Check the final price of sale before sending the relevant order form.

4. RETURNS/REFUNDS
Our purpose is to guarantee your full satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we will accept the return of full-priced items.
4.1. You may return products purchased from us, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within ten (10) days from receiving the products purchased on shop.dilekhanif.com.(TKHK Article 48/p.4)
4.2. To return products it is necessary to complete the online Return Form within 10 days from receiving the order. In the return form, you should write your request of return/exchange, and write the reason of the return in front of the the barcode of the product. If you want to make exchange, you should write the new barcode of the the product you demand and your size.
4.3. Dilek Hanif must receive the returned products within thirty (30) days from the date on which products were received by you.
4.4. In order for you to return the products, the products must be in new, unused condition, with original tags attached and when accompanied by an original Dilek Hanif receipt/invoice.
4.5. If the return right is exercised in conformity with the provisions set forth in this section, we shall refund the amount paid for the returned products. In case it does not comply with the provisions, you will not be entitled to any refund of the amount already paid.


5. REFUND TIMES AND PROCEDURES
5.1. After the products have been returned, we shall check the conformity of the products with the conditions indicated above. When Dilek Hanif is able to confirm that such conditions have been met, we shall send you an e-mail confirming the acceptance of the returned products.
5.2. The refund procedure shall be started by Dilek Hanif within thirty (30) days from when Dilek Hanif was informed of your decision to exercise your return right, after checking that the return right has been correctly exercised and that the returned products have been accepted.
5.3. If the recipient of the products indicated in the order form is different from the individual who made the payment for such products, the amount paid for returned items shall be refunded by Dilek Hanif to the individual who made the payment.


6. RETURN/REFUNDS IN SHOWROOM
6.1. You can make exchange or get your refund by bringing the product to Dilek Hanif Showroom in 10 (ten) days from the day of shopping in Dilekhanif.com.


7. DELIVERY
7.1. Business days quoted above are Monday to Friday, and may be subject to public holidays. Due to the fact that the cargo firms are not working in public holidays, there will be no delivery in these dates.
7.2. While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person. This can be a result of a delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight. This includes but is not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us
7.3. The time and conditions of the delivery are subject to change in campaign days due to the congestion.
7.4. Delivery charges and minimum order are subject to change at any time.
7.5. The time and conditions of the delivery are subject to change in the case of exceptional circumstances such as strike, lockout, natural disaster, rebellion, civil commotions, nuclear risk and danger, war, occupation, coup, civil war, sabotage, and in case of fire, and the reasons due to the purchaser
( absence in the address, no authority who will receive the packet, moving of the purchaser from the address and so on)
7.6. According to terms of the cargo firms worked with, after giving the order to the courier, the cargo tracking number will be sent via e-mail or text message to your side.
7.7. You can receive the packet from the courier with presenting the identity card including your photo and signing the related document.
7.8. In the case of the absence of yourself , the packet will be submitted the person staying on the address on condition that asking for the his identity card including his photo and getting his signature.
7.9. Please check your order upon arrival to ensure it contains the right contents. In the case of damage or error in your packet, please make the courier take the statements down, and return the packet.
7.10. Orders delivered out of Turkey will be subject to the delivery terms of the relevant postal service.
7.11. Delivery times could be longer for regional areas, and the above delivery times do not include any customs processing times for international orders.
7.12. Depending on the value of your order and the destination country, you may be charged import or customs charges. These charges are the responsibility of the person receiving the parcel, and are not included in the cost of delivery. Please check with your country’s customs service if you need more information.

9. BINDING AGREEMENT
9.1. Our order confirmation, these Terms and Conditions of Sale and our other Site Policies shall be deemed the final and integrated agreement between you and us.


10. GOVERNING LAW
10.1. Turkish Law shall be applied to these Terms and Conditions of Sale and disputes arising out of such sale and Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices shall be authorized to settle these disputes.
